Elemental Play, mindful movement for kids.
As the name suggests, this class is esp. designed for kids; in a light and playful way we use free flow movement, tai chi and chi kung to bring the attention in the body. We'll be playing with the balance between relaxation, focus, stillness and movement. Elemental Play offers a fun practice to blow off steam and has a calming effect as well.
